A note on human guides to FatherForm
The following friends are proud to have assembled to convert signals and symptoms heard and felt into technology to help fathers, their families and friends. The five friends – and their respective families – have dedicated time and treasure to create the current best manifestation of the ideas conjured, received, and offered by friends – human, animal, and plant. To say the least, we all feel life is best lived relationally. We don’t believe any ideas are purely our own. We have acted, and will continue to act, as mere vessels bringing these structures and ideas to life.
We love the notion regarding technology that: This is as bad as it ever will be. A different expression for the experience of being a work in progress. Ourselves. Our families. Our shared concepts. Our shared technology.
Within FatherForm, the real experts and their findings fold dynamically into your life. Steve, Ty, Ry, Hassan, Liran will keep giving it their all to enliven these concepts for and with you.

Ryan Ansin
Ryan guides foundational strategy, initiated development, and generated v.1 tools to begin the imagination of FatherForm’s impact on families and communities near and far. Across businesses and advisory roles Ryan Ansin has two decades of experience building mission-driven ventures. He co-founded RevClinics, served as an Advisory Board member to The Network, served as a founding board member of the GK Fund, was President of the Family Office Association, Co-founded of Clarity Project, and started EPHAS (Every Person Has a Story), a global photojournalism nonprofit. A frequent speaker at global impact-investing forums, he focuses on ventures that strengthen relationships and communities. Ryan holds a B.F.A. in Writing from Emerson College.
Steve Fitzgerald
Steve oversees FatherForm’s finance and Keiretsu holdings’ financial integration into the Latticework system. Steve is a founder of SolBe Learning—a premier early education program in Boston for families with children age six and under. Prior to FatherForm and SolBe, Steve worked in the Consumer and Healthcare vertical at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. (“THL”): a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in growth-oriented businesses. At THL, Steve focused on evaluating and investing in rapidly expanding retail and healthcare services businesses. Steve also worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers & Acquisitions group in the Investment Banking Division. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College.
Tyson Kratz
Tyson guides contemplation layer development, pedagogical development, and adult-development strategy at FatherForm. Tyson is a founder of SolBe Learning, where he guides strategic vision, pedagogy, operations, and brand messaging. Prior to FatherForm and SolBe, Tyson was a Principal at Hemisphere Capital Partners, LLC: A Minnesota-based private investment firm with interests in casinos, hotels, restaurants, real estate, and service-oriented early education businesses. Tyson also worked at 3M Co., where he held multiple positions within the corporate finance and risk management group. Tyson holds a B.A. in Economics from Macalester College.
Liran Federmann
Liran (LEE-ron) translates the principles of FatherForm into clear and accessible everyday experiences. Liran is a freelance designer with five years of experience building the visual and communicative components for brands across a range of industries—from child care and women's health to waste and civic engagement. Before Fatherform, Liran worked as a designer at a small marketing agency in Franklin, TN. He also worked for a tech/health startup that provided support for mental health in a revolutionary video game setting. He holds a B.F.A in Communications Design from Syracuse University.
Our Families
Steve, Tyson, and Ryan are each grateful for our living families and ancestors. We recognize friction in family systems has led us here today to do this work, amongst the worldview we are expressing through LatticeWork, FatherForm, and the surrounding Keiretsu.
